Every program guest is invited to share a basic blood panel before the stay — stress and sleep markers, inflammation, hormone and thyroid base. The wellness lead reviews the panel one week before arrival and tunes the menu, spa intensity and daily rhythm to it.
The data stays confidential and is removed after the stay, unless the guest asks otherwise.
