The soft-opening window
After May 2027 the property opens to the public and this format is unlikely to be repeated.
The Exclusive Advance Reservation is a small number of stays opened before public soft opening. Each is held in a single, fully prepared Lodge — without other guests on the property. The restaurant, the spa cluster and the wider experiences are not yet open. Instead, every service is brought to the Lodge terrace.
Breakfast is served on the deck. Massages are performed in the Lodge or on the terrace. Mountain mist, river sound, distant azan from the village mosque, birdsong — and absolute privacy. The guest is alone with the place.
It is also a quiet contribution to the project itself. Each reservation directly funds the continued construction of BAGHI — bank loans and outside investors are not part of how the place is being built.
What Pre-reservation actually is
One tent. The whole slope to yourself. No spa cluster yet. No restaurant yet.
Pre-reservation is a stay in one fully operational Tent Lodge on the BAGHI grounds, between August 2026 and May 2027. The spa cluster and Tqe restaurant open only with the public opening in May 2027 — until then, the spa and the kitchen come to your terrace. The slope itself is held in stillness for one guest party at a time.

A 45 m² Tent Lodge built by Wild House from solid timber, canvas and oak. The bed is king-size, facing the forest window. Linen sheets, two daybeds on the open terrace, a small library shelf, a tea station, a music system. The Lodge is fully insulated and has heating and cooling for year-round comfort. Air filtration runs quietly through the night.

Welcome drink at the Lodge · the wellness lead shapes the day-by-day flow with you
A herbal welcome drink is poured at the Lodge on arrival — chamomile, lavender, mountain honey, depending on the season. The wellness lead sits with you for thirty minutes, asks about sleep, work, recent travel, dietary needs, and writes the rhythm of your days from there. No buffet, no group orientation, no rush.
All meals on your terrace

Breakfast at the hour you choose between 7:00 and 10:00. Lunch and dinner are three courses each — anti-inflammatory by default, adapted to your context. Meals are brought up by the housekeeping team from the temporary kitchen below the lodge. The dining table is on your private terrace, with the forest as the wall. No shared dining room exists yet — the Tqe restaurant opens with the public opening in May 2027.
90-minute spa in the Lodge
Massage or signature body practice on the open deck · choice of four rituals
A 90-minute massage or signature body practice performed on your terrace or in the Lodge — your choice. Four signature rituals are available: Forest Reset, Garden Awakening, Mountain Gentleman, Forest Secret. Therapists are trained in Bali and at our Marriott spa in Dubai. The full spa cluster opens in May 2027 — until then, every treatment comes to you.

A black car meets you at Batumi International on arrival and takes you back on the day of departure. Fifteen minutes up the valley through walnut and chestnut forest. The only thing you share is your flight number — nothing else is needed. The driver speaks English; concierge is on WhatsApp the entire journey.
A small set from the BAGHI line packed in linen: a hand-poured candle made on the slope, a tin of BAGHI herbal blend (mountain mint, chamomile, thyme), a pair of natural-canvas slippers, and a take-home wellness kit (Natura Bissé travel set). Yours to keep. A reminder of the slope after you fly out.

You are the only guest party on the property during your stay. The team is yours. The forest is yours. The fire pit on the terrace is yours. Mountain mist most mornings; warm wind from the Black Sea most afternoons; distant azan five times a day from the village mosque; birdsong from before dawn. The slope sits at the highest point of Erge village.
All nine items are included in every Pre-reservation. Nothing extra is sold inside the Lodge — every detail of the stay is part of the price.
