A short, considered offer for guests who would rather arrive before the property is fully open. $350 per night, with a complimentary additional night. After May 2027 the property opens to the public and this format is unlikely to be repeated.
A different kind of stay
The Exclusive Advance Reservation is a small number of stays opened before public soft opening. Each is held in a single, fully prepared Lodge — without other guests on the property. The restaurant, the spa cluster and the wider experiences are not yet open. Instead, every service is brought to the Lodge terrace.
Breakfast is served on the deck. Massages are performed in the Lodge or on the terrace. Mountain mist, river sound, distant azan from the village mosque, birdsong — and absolute privacy. The guest is alone with the place.
It is also a quiet contribution to the project itself. Each reservation directly funds the continued construction of BAGHI — bank loans and outside investors are not part of how the place is being built.
Included with the reservation
Seven things, every one of them brought to the Lodge. No queues, no other guests, no facilities elsewhere on the property to walk to.
A single 45 m² Tent Lodge with private terrace, king-size bed, sunken herbal bath, tropical shower and a personal fire pit. No neighbours on the property.
Welcome drink at the Lodge — herbal, low-sugar, seasonal. The wellness lead settles you in and shapes the day-by-day flow.
Breakfast, lunch and dinner brought to the Lodge or its terrace. Anti-inflammatory menu, three courses. No buffet, no shared dining room.
A 90-minute massage or signature body practice performed in the Lodge or on the open terrace, in privacy. Choice of four signature rituals.
Direct private car from Batumi International to the Lodge and back. The guest shares a flight number — nothing else.
A small set from the BAGHI line — herbal blends, a hand-poured candle, linen slippers, a take-home wellness kit.
A complimentary additional night to be used within 200 days of the first stay. Both nights held in the same Lodge.
The reservation supports the continued construction of BAGHI. Your name is engraved on the founders' list at the upper terrace reception.

A 45 m² Tent Lodge with a king-size bed facing the forest, a sunken herbal bath, a tropical rain shower on the open terrace, AC and heating, and a personal fire pit. Wi-Fi via Starlink. Daily housekeeping.
One day in the stay
The arrival day, written hour by hour. After this, each day flows similarly — meals on the terrace, a single deep practice, and the evening of your choosing. The wellness lead refines the exact rhythm on arrival.
