How BAGHI works
A program is bought in Dubai. The guest chooses a track — and stops thinking about anything else. The team meets at Batumi airport, brings the guest to the slope, and at reception a fifteen-minute intake decides the spa hour, the breakfast style, the yoga, and any allergies.
Before arrival, a basic blood panel is shared with the BAGHI nutritionist. The menu is adjusted to it. The day flows in two-hour modules: breakfast, spa (90 min massage + a warm wrap or a herbal bath / cold plunge), then a chosen experience from the Baghi Collection. Each module is two to four hours. The whole stay is shaped from these blocks before the first morning.
The four programs

For the guest whose cortisol is always high. Business meetings, late nights, broken sleep, anxiety. The program switches the nervous system from survival into recovery. Designed specifically for the rhythm of Dubai residents.
A warm infusion of chamomile, lavender, honey, rose water and cardamom. Activates the parasympathetic. The first signal to the body: you are safe.

Hot stone — 60 min (lavender & ylang-ylang) · Aromatherapy reflexology — 30 min · Cranio-sacral therapy — 30 min.

Infrared sauna 45 min daily (60-65°C). No cold plunge — the body is not contrasted.

Baghi Collection · library of activities
Beyond the four programs, Baghi Collection is a freestanding library of two-hour modules. Each one comes with a guide, a script, a beginning and a ceremonial close. Activities can be added to any program — or booked alone as a Baghi Collection-only day.
Two-hour sound bath with a live handpan player, aromatherapy by the fire. Synchronises the nervous system.
Stone-balancing practice by the river. A metaphor — create order outside to feel it inside.
4-5 km walk to a local waterfall with a naturalist. Washing ritual and breath practice at the water.
Riding from a local farm. BAGHI-branded saddle stand. Two hours with a Baghi certificate.
Route to the viewpoint with a naturalist guide. Sunrise or sunset version. 6-8 km.
Guided walk through one of Europe's largest botanical gardens. History + breath among the trees.
