How the collection works
Destress, Fitness, Energizing, or Detox — or take the find-program quiz. The program shapes the daily structure (breath, meals, spa, sleep).
Before arrival, the wellness lead sends a small note asking which experiences from the collection you'd like to weave into the days. None are required.
At reception, the wellness lead refines the rhythm against your sleep, breath and any context that arrived with you. Schedule confirmed at check-in.
Every experience is opt-in. If a forest hike isn't right that morning, breakfast on the terrace replaces it. The slope adapts to the body, not the other way.
Breath, movement, water, fire. The eight foundation experiences — practiced daily by every guest, in private or in pairs. These are the practices the program builds around.

Sixty minutes on the forest platform — Yin in the morning, Vinyasa with the sun. Held by the resident teacher.

A 45-minute live handpan session held at dusk on the upper terrace. Practitioner-led, restorative, deeply quiet.

Two wooden platforms inside the bamboo grove. Used for solo practice, breath work, body-scan meditation.

Two ninety-minute treatments per program, drawn from the BAGHI spa menu. Selected with the therapist after a short consultation.

The bath on every Lodge terrace, warmed for the evening with local herbs and Caucasian mint. Filled by housekeeping at sunset.

An outdoor rain shower on the terrace, hot water always on. The forest as the bath wall.

Each Lodge has its own fire pit, prepared every evening with dry walnut wood. Lit at sunset.

Cedar sauna and cold plunge in the spa cluster, used in cycles with breath. Practitioner-led on Fitness and Energizing programs.
Forest, river, garden, table. Eight experiences that take the guest off the Lodge terrace and into the rest of the property. Optional, scheduled at reception.

A guided ninety-minute loop through walnut and chestnut forest, with a stop at the upper waterfall. Held every morning at 09:30.

A four-hour walk to the ridge above the village, returning along the Chorokhi river. For Fitness and Energizing guests, by request.

A walk through the older houses of Erge village with the founder or a local guide. Stops at the small mosque, the bread oven, the cheese pantry.

A five-course tasting dinner in the forest pavilion. Local ingredients, paired with regional herbal infusions. One evening per stay.

A short guided walk to identify wild herbs, mountain teas and seasonal greens. The kitchen uses what's gathered the same evening.

A slow walk through the BAGHI garden with the herbalist. The teas, oils, and infusions used in the spa start here.

A late evening on the upper terrace with a small telescope and a quiet herbal infusion. No light pollution, no rush.

A guided fire ceremony on the second evening of the program. Intentions written, burned, released — the closing ritual of every stay.
Six experiences that go beyond the slope — into the wider region, by private car or on foot. Optional, planned with the concierge, included with the program.

A private car to a quiet stretch of coast below Batumi. Sea, sand, a long lunch. Returns late afternoon.

A guided walk through the older lanes of Batumi — the synagogue, the wine cellars, the small bakeries. A late lunch in a family kitchen.

A walk up the valley to the seasonal waterfall above the village. Short, quiet, swimmable in the summer months.

An early-morning visit to the river below the slope for a brief cold immersion, paired with breath work. Practitioner-led.

An afternoon at the Batumi Botanical Garden — a hundred and fifty acres of designed terraces above the sea. A guided plant walk.

An hour in the older bathhouse in lower Batumi — stone basins, hot steam, kese exfoliation. Closes with a tea on the terrace.

Optional — every experience in the collection is offered automatically as part of the stay. But if a small number of them are particularly important to you, mention them here. The wellness lead will use the note to shape the first day of your rhythm before you land.
