Early booking & reservation

Early Booking is a limited soft-opening reservation phase. Only 300 reservations will ever be issued. Each reservation is one night in a private 45 m² Tent Lodge, with a complimentary second night that can be used within 200 days of the first stay.
$350 USD per reservation. This covers one night in a fully equipped 45 m² Tent Lodge with breakfast, a 90-minute spa treatment and all on-property amenities. The complimentary second night is included on top, redeemable within 200 days.
No. The payment is non-refundable. It is considered a contribution to the project and supports BAGHI's independent construction. The amount can only be used toward accommodation — it cannot be returned as cash or transferred to other services.
You contact the BAGHI concierge and schedule the second night within 200 days of your first stay. The second night is in the same Lodge category, with the same wellness experience. Subject to availability and advance booking.
After you submit the early-booking form, the BAGHI concierge reaches out by email or WhatsApp with a personal payment link. Once payment is confirmed, your reservation is locked in and you become one of the 300.
Concierge support covers everything around the stay: scheduling the first night, scheduling the complimentary second night, airport transfer arrangement, program selection, spa treatments, and any custom requests during your visit. Concierge support is provided for all wellness programs.

Soft opening & May 2027 opening

The official BAGHI opening is in May 2027. Programs and full accommodation become bookable for the public from that date. Early-booking guests have access to the soft-opening period before that.
Soft opening is the period before the official public opening, when only early-booking guests can stay at BAGHI. It is a quiet, curated phase — fewer guests, direct contact with the founder's team, and an opportunity to experience BAGHI while it is still becoming.

Accommodation & lodges

Two types: Barn Lodge (two units, for 2 guests + 1, 23.5 m² with terrace) and Tent Lodge (four units, for 2 + 1 guests, 21.7 m² with terrace, tropical shower on the open terrace). Six lodges in total — twelve guests maximum on the property at any time.
King-size bed, full bathroom, tropical rain shower on the terrace, heated herbal bath, panoramic remote-work desk, Starlink Wi-Fi, mini-bar, fully equipped kitchenette, AC and heating, tea and wellness amenities, daily housekeeping, natural bath products, private terrace immersed in the forest.

Breakfast & meals

Breakfast is served between 7:00 and 9:00 AM, delivered directly to the terrace of your Lodge. No buffet, no rushing — wellness breakfast brought to where you wake up.
Yes. Breakfast is included for every stay format — early booking, casual accommodation and full wellness programs.
Three meals per day are included only when you book a wellness program (Destress / Fitness / Energizing / Detox). For all other stay types — Early Booking, accommodation-only — only breakfast is included. Lunch and dinner can be added à la carte through the concierge or at Tqe restaurant.
Yes. Breakfast and program meals are tuned to your wellness program and any dietary requirements you share at booking. The Detox program in particular adjusts the entire menu to your blood-marker context.

Wellness programs

Four programs: Destress, Fitness, Energizing, and Detox. Each is 3 or 5 days, fully guided, and includes accommodation, food, spa, all signature experiences and airport transfer. See the Programs page for full detail.
Programs are available from May 2027 (official opening). Early-booking guests can experience the property earlier during the soft-opening period.
After arrival at reception, the wellness lead sits down with you and builds a day-by-day personal schedule of activities, treatments and practices — tuned to your state, your sleep, your stress level and any health considerations. The schedule remains flexible throughout your stay.

Getting there · transfer

Yes. All wellness programs include private airport transfer, both directions. You only need to share your flight number. The BAGHI team meets you at Batumi International Airport and brings you directly to reception — fifteen minutes by road.
Yes. We can send a private car to any point in Batumi — your hotel, a restaurant, the marina, the boardwalk, the airport, a friend's house — and bring you up to the slope. Share the address and a meeting time with the concierge. The drive takes fifteen to forty minutes depending on the starting point.
Yes. We arrange private transfer from Kobuleti, Kutaisi airport, Tbilisi, the Turkish border, and other points on request. Costs are quoted in advance and added to the stay.
Batumi International Airport (BUS) is served by Turkish Airlines, Wizz Air, Pegasus, FlyDubai, LOT, Israir, Georgian Airways and several seasonal carriers. Direct connections from Istanbul, Dubai, Tel Aviv, Warsaw, Berlin, Vienna, and Kyiv (when operating).
The regional hospital is in the village below the slope, ten minutes away. A 24-hour pharmacy is in Batumi, fifteen minutes by car. The concierge handles any medical request and accompanies guests when needed.

Pets & family

Yes — pets are welcome on the BAGHI territory: the forest paths, the open terraces, the upper deck, the reception courtyard, the hiking trails. For hygiene reasons, pets are not permitted inside the Lodge. A small heated covered pet area near the reception is provided for sleeping. The team takes care of feeding and walking on request.
BAGHI is built for adult guests on restorative protocols, so the property is not optimised for very young children. Children over twelve can stay with parents in a Barn Lodge by arrangement with the concierge. Quiet hours after 21:00 apply across the property.
The site sits on a slope and uses stairs between terraces. Two lower-terrace Tent Lodges are reachable by paved path without stairs. Spa treatments and meals are brought directly to the Lodge if needed. Share specific requirements with the concierge and the team will plan the stay around them.

Weather & seasons

Adjara is subtropical at sea level and cooler in the mountains. BAGHI sits high enough to feel mountain air all year. Summers are warm (22–28°C). Spring and autumn are mild and green. Winters are cool but rarely below zero, with occasional snow at the top of the slope.
Rain is part of the philosophy of the place. When the mountain mist closes in, the Lodge warms — herbal baths heated, fire pits lit early, breathwork moved under the covered terrace, books brought from the library. Bad weather is not an interruption — it is one of the textures the property is built around.
All four seasons hold something. May–June for spring flowers and quiet trails. July–September for warm clear evenings and sea visibility from the upper deck. October–November for autumn colour and the strongest mountain air. December–March for fire pits, snow, and absolute stillness.

Investor access

BAGHI is not a public investment offering. We do not list prices or terms on the site. If you feel a real resonance with the project, there is a quiet door — accessible only through the button on the Early Booking page. You complete a short fit-quiz, and full information is sent privately by email.
Someone who understands wellness, travel and hospitality. Someone who is genuinely interested in meaningful projects. Someone who wants to own a real hotel with a minimal entry point, and to participate in the structure of the project — not only a passive financial position. Long-term horizon preferred.

Practical · day-to-day

Check-in is at 12:00, with a welcome drink at the reception courtyard. Check-out is at 13:00 — an unhurried morning, final breakfast on the terrace, and a last spa moment before the car comes.
Yes. Starlink covers the whole property with strong, low-latency connection. Working remotely is comfortable. We also offer a "no-screen" version of the stay on request — the device is held at reception and returned on departure.
A short, considered wine and spirit list is available — natural Georgian wines from Kakheti, mountain chacha, herbal infusions. Some programs (Detox, parts of Destress) recommend an alcohol-free week; the wellness lead discusses this on arrival.
Yes — and for the Detox program it is strongly recommended. Share your most recent panel with the concierge before arrival, and the nutrition team builds the menu against the markers. We can also arrange a panel in Batumi on the day of arrival if needed.
Treatments are performed in the Lodge or its terrace by a same-gender practitioner unless you specify otherwise. Couples can request shared treatments. The shared spa cluster (opening in May 2027) will have gendered hours for sauna and pool.
English, Russian, Georgian and Arabic among the core team. French and Hebrew at reception during peak corridors. Concierge correspondence is available in English and Russian.

Sustainability & project financing

BAGHI is being built independently — step by step, without bank loans, without large outside investors, and without development-group funding. The founder has invested his own capital into the land, utilities, technical building and the first operational Tent Lodge. The Early Booking phase is part of that contribution path.
Yes — in both the ecological and the financial sense. Ecologically: the architecture is built around the existing slope, materials are natural and local, modular structures minimise disruption, and the operation is designed for low energy footprint. Financially: BAGHI grows step-by-step, without leverage or large outside obligations.
